Join us for a free, family-friendly summer celebration! We invite local businesses and organizations to host a booth and be part of a high-energy evening filled with music, crafts, food, and fun.

 

Event Highlights

·         Live Music: Featuring Miss Angie Music, El Rando Band & more

·         Crafts & Games: Hands-on fun for kids and families

·         Food Trucks: Local bites and tasty treats

·         All-Ages Activities: From toddlers to grandparents

 

What We’re Looking For

Vendors should bring an interactive booth experience — not just information! Ideas include mini games, prize wheels, simple crafts, or free giveaways.

 

Booth Details

• Booth Fee: Free (Limited space – first come, first served)
• Booth Size: 10' x 10' (Bring your own tent, table, and chairs)
• Set-Up Time: 3:30–4:45 PM
• Event Time: 5:00–8:30 PM
• Tear-Down: After 7:00 PM, before 8:30 PM
• Electricity: Not provided
• Weather: Rain or shine event
