Half Day 3-Year-Old Camp Discover the perfect blend of fun and learning at our half-day camp designed just for 3-year-olds! Little ones will explore hands-on activities like playful arts and crafts, story time adventures, music and movement, and outdoor play in a safe, nurturing environment. With plenty of opportunities to make new friends, build social skills, and spark their imaginations, this camp is the ideal way to keep your toddler engaged and happy all summer long! Half Day K-11-Year-Old Camp Make memories that last a lifetime! Children will have tons of fun during this energy filled camp that includes team building activities, crafts, and swimming! A calendar will be sent home at the beginning of each session highlighting the day-to-day activities. Each camper will receive a T–shirt for field trip days! *	Counselor in Training Ages 11-14 Do you dream of one day becoming a camp counselor? Now is your opportunity to learn how to be one! This hands-on program will provide you with the skills needed to be an effective leader when working with children. Counselor in Training or C.I.T.’s will work directly with camp staff by assisting with daily activities. All C.I.T.’s will receive guidance in areas of lesson planning, safety and leadership. It is a rewarding experience working with children and serving as their role model. Fee includes t-shirt and CPR training. CIT's will be assigned field trips on a rotating basis. The camp day will be extended on these field trip days.

Exploration Express Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime with our Exploration Express Camp, where teens will embark on exciting day trips to explore new places, try thrilling activities, and create lasting memories! Each week, campers will hop on the bus to experience a variety of destinations—ranging from outdoor adventures and cultural excursions to high-energy parks and relaxing beach days. Whether it’s hiking through scenic trails, experiencing hands-on science exhibits, or enjoying a day of sports and games, this camp offers something for every teen. With a focus on fun, exploration, and making new friends, our Travel Camp is the perfect way to spend the summer on the go!	Summer Camp Bonus Weeks Make memories that last a lifetime! Children will have tons of fun during this energy-filled camp that includes team- building activities, crafts, and swimming for full-day campers! Due to ongoing construction in School District 102, we are excited to offer additional camp weeks to support families and provide continued enrichment throughout the summer

*CONTINUING THIS YEAR – Half Day Campers can stay for lunch, then an Afternoon Antics Counselor will walk them over to Robinhood Park for a day in the sun!

*Residents who register for the full summer (sessions 1-10) half or full day caps will receive 10% off the registration fee. Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to receive the full summer discount. Non-residents will receive a 5% discount.

**The registration deadline for each camp session is 5:00pm the Thursday BEFORE each camp session begins. There will be a $20 late fee for registration received after Thursday.

*Exploration Express
(for kids entering 6th-8th grade) field trip list is still in the process of being confirmed. In the meantime, we are excited to share the thought process around crafting our trips. First, safety of the participants and staff is our number one priority. Staff will adhere to a daily trip schedule that has been vetted and confirmed before camp begins. Staff will accompany participants to every destination and maintain supervision of them while on site at these destinations. The Community Park District has a 14-passenger bus that will serve as the hub for this destination camp.

For our weekly camp schedule, we are looking to create a well-rounded summer experience like no other. We are scheduling (4) weekly trips, all based around summer camp-centric themes. Our trip themes are Nature, Paid Attractions, Water Park, and Museum/Cultural experiences. Some of our current trips we are lining up include Medieval Times, Illinois Railway museum, Indiana Dunes, and Pelican Harbor Water Park. One day per week, the teen camp will be at the Community Park District recreation center for traditional summer camp activities, both mixed with full day camp and separate from full day camp, depending on the activities planned for that day.
