Come Fly a Kite

Come celebrate Unplug Illinois by getting outdoors and flying a kite! There will be contests for most colorful & most unusual kites. Submit a photo of you flying your kite (rain or shine) on July 10th to akennedy@communityparkdistrict for your chance to win a $25 gift certificate to Bill’s Place in La Grange Park. All submissions must be submitted by 5pm on 7/12. Winners will be announced on 7/13. Pre-registration is required and includes your kite craft kit which can be picked up at the Rec Center, 1501 Barnsdale.
