Room Rental Sites
The Community Park District is home to three important buildings.
Each of them is utilized in different ways, but plays an
important role in the success of our park district.
Recreation Center: Located at 1501 Barnsdale Road
This building was completed in 2006. Its current uses include a
pre-school from September through May, a summer camp
establishment from June through August, and a home to different
programs throughout the year.
The Recreation Center includes a Conference Room which
accommodates up to 40 people and is also where our board
meetings take place. We have a multi-purpose room which holds
up to 180 people, and can be divided in half by a soft carpet
wall. Both rooms can be rented.

The multi-purpose room is available for rentals without party
packages. Basic resident room rental fees begin at $70.00
Resident/$85.00 Non-Resident per hour for groups of 80 or
fewer, $95.00 Resident/$110.00 Non-Resident per hour for groups
of 81-120 per hour, and $100.00 Resident/$120.00 Non-Resident
per hour for groups of 121-200, with a minimum of two hours.
Non-resident fees are slightly higher. Fee includes use of the
room (including kitchen) and set-up and take-down of necessary

Amenities include round banquet tables (5 ft diameter), head
banquet tables (6ft long), and access to the kitchen. Other
amenities can be rented for additional fees.
